Adrenal fatigue can be harmful to your health and occurs when your body remains in a constant state of stress. When this happens your ability to maintain/manage a healthy body composition (i.e fat levels, muscle and bone density as well as weight ) becomes compromised.

People experiencing adrenal fatigue might experience:

  • Restlessness
  • Difficulty/inability to fall asleep or wake up
  • Depression/anxiety
  • Low libido
  • Painful sex.
